The Vapour Velcro from Scarpa is an all-around performance shoe that offers an excellent mix of precision, sensitivity and power. The Vapour fills the hold between the Scarpa Force and the Instinct or Booster being a great middle of the road shoe, capable of doing just about everything - think 5.10 Anasazi.
The Vapour has an asymmetric, moderately down turned toe shape but don't be fooled into thinking this is an aggressive shoe, this bad boy can smear. The design offers an excellent all round balance for those looking to do a bit of everything at different angles on different rock type.

The new “Slingshot-Power™ “ heel connects the critical area under the toes directly with the heel area, making the fit excellent and allowing efficient and precise heel hooking. The Vapour offers superb comfort and an incredible fit due to the Suede & Lorica upper, dual velcro strap closure and a comfortable mesh tongue.
